Frequently Asked Questions
I do not see my note in the sidebar.
First check that you are in the right space. Notes created in another space only appear after you select that space.
I moved an item in the tree, but its position did not change.
If you have view-only access, you cannot move items. Also, you cannot put items under a workboard. Try moving it under a note instead.
Can I change the order of the left icon bar?
Yes. Click the Customize sidebar button at the bottom of the icon bar to open the Reorder Apps window. There you can change the order or hide apps you do not use.
On mobile, press and hold an icon in the bottom tabs, or tap Reorder in More, to open the same window. If you have many apps, the first four in the order appear in the bottom tabs, and the rest go into More.
