Pick a Space on Home and Check the Dashboard

Home is the first screen, where you see all the spaces you use at a glance and pick one. Check summaries of your notes and tasks on the Dashboard.

Open Home

  1. Click Home in the icon bar on the left.
  2. Check the greeting and today's date at the top.
  3. Find the icons of the spaces you use under My spaces. The space you are viewing now is highlighted.

💡 Tip: Sub-spaces appear as icons of the same size. You can tell them apart by the parent space name shown in small text under the name.

Enter a Space

  1. On Home, click the icon of the space you want to enter.
  2. Recoble switches to that space and opens its notes screen.
  3. On a phone, six spaces fit on one screen. Swipe left or right, or tap the dots below, to find other spaces.

✋ Note: Spaces that other people shared with you appear separately in the Shared with me area below.

Create or Join a Space

  1. If you need a new space, click Create space at the bottom of Home.
  2. If you received an invite code, click Join Space and enter the code.

Check Today's Work on the Dashboard

See summaries of your notes and tasks on the Dashboard. The Dashboard brings several widgets together on one screen.

  1. Click Dashboard in the icon bar on the left.
  2. Open a note or workboard you were just viewing from Recent items.
  3. Check the tasks assigned to you in My tasks. Click an item to open that task in its workboard.
  4. Add the widgets you need with Add widget. For example, you can add the Calendar and Due soon and overdue widgets.

💡 Tip: For some widgets, you can choose which space to show in Widget settings.

✋ Note: The Dashboard is a summary screen. Change task status and details in the workboard.

Notifications and Help

  1. Check the notifications you received from the notification button in the top-right.
  2. If you need help, click your profile picture in the top-right and open Help Center.

Frequently Asked Questions

Home is empty.

You may not have a space yet. Create one with Create space at the bottom of Home, or click Join Space if you have an invite code.

Where did the widgets on the old Home go?

The widget screen moved to Dashboard in the icon bar. Home is now the screen where you pick a space.

Can I edit tasks directly from the Dashboard?

The Dashboard is for quick checks and getting around. To change status or edit details, click the item and edit it in the workboard.

Can I see other spaces at once?

Yes. Home shows all the spaces you can enter at once. Click a space icon to enter it.
