Find Templates and Features in Marketplace

In Marketplace, you can browse note and workboard templates as well as AI agents, skills, and workflows, then pick only what you need and get it in your space.

Open Marketplace

  1. Click the Marketplace icon next to the notification bell in the top-right of the screen.
  2. At the top, choose Templates or AI agents.
  3. Click a category or use Filter by language to narrow the list.
  4. To find something by name, click Search and enter a keyword.
  5. Click a card you are interested in to see the details.

💡 Tip: When you are getting started, get one template at a time, beginning with what you need for your current work.

Get a Template

  1. On the template detail screen, review the description and what you will get.
  2. Click Download.
  3. If you have several spaces, choose the space to get it in.
  4. Open the note or workboard that was created and adjust it to fit your content.

✋ Note: For templates that need a Labs feature such as Mail or Chat, you are asked whether to turn that feature on when you get the template. Click Turn on and install to turn it on as well. You can turn it off later in Settings › Labs.

Get AI Agents, Skills, and Workflows

  1. At the top, choose AI agents.
  2. Choose the kind you want: Agents, Skills, or Workflows.
  3. Open a card to see what it does.
  4. Choose the space to get it in.

✋ Note: Workflows with a Use agent step use AI credits every time they run. If you try to get the same agent again in one space, a confirmation window appears. If you end up with two agents running on a schedule, emails go out twice and AI credits are used twice as fast.

Review What You Got

  1. Click Library in the Marketplace sidebar.
  2. In Installed templates, check what you got and open it again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does getting a template change my existing notes?

No. Getting a template creates a new note or a new workboard in the space you chose.

Are apps installed together with templates?

Some templates have apps that work well with them. When you get the template, you can choose Install too or Template only. You can also install the apps later from Library.

I do not see Marketplace.

If the current space's plan does not allow templates, the Marketplace icon does not appear.
